	Position: Director
	Andrew started his career with Field and Lawn more than 20 yrs ago working for the Edinburgh branch and has expanded with the company, having worked on site, in operations and as a Branch Manager in Manchester. Now one of the company directors he uses his vast weight of experience to continue to improve efficiencies and delivery of our service in the Bristol and Manchester branches. A dedicated follower of Manchester United, he also enjoys Asian food and foreigh travel.

	Nick erected his first marquee for Field and Lawn in 1993 working as a rigger in his Summer holidays. Having graduated with a BSc in Geography from St Andrews he put his degree to good use by joining Field and Lawn as a Hire Manager in 1997 working in the Edinburgh Branch. Nick took a brief sabbatical away from Field and Lawn and moved to Essex in 2005 to run one of the South East's largest marquee and festive lighting businesses, before returning in 2011. During his career Nick has worked on a wide range of events including the RBS Six Nations, Champions League and London's West End Christmas Lights. He now works on delivering and developing the business in the South. Away from work Nick plays golf when he can but spends most of his free time acting as a referee and taxi services for his three young children.

	Key Contact: Tom Fursman
	Position: Hire Manager
	Tom has been a member of the Bristol team since 2011. A law graduate, he has over five years experience in the events industry providing staging solutions at many of the U.K's major music festivals and outdoor events. Now well versed in all things marquee, in 2012 he was responsible for some large scale events from summer festivals to the Olympic athlete's parade. Tom prides himself on great customer service and meeting the needs of clients however big or small. In his spare time he enjoys snowboarding, surfing, cycling and getting away in his campervan. He also likes to talk about getting fit. This is still yet to happen though!

	Key Contact: Nick Radcliffe
	Position: Hire Manager
	Nick joined the team in 2011 after a 3 year stint working in business development and marketing within the pharmaceutical industry. He has a wealth of experience working with marquees and events which was gained during the holidays while studying at University in Bristol. Nick always has his ear close to the ground seeking out new opportunities and using his marketing skills to promote Field and Lawn. He prides himself on meeting the needs of our clients and delivering great customer service from start to finish. Away from work, Nick is a keep fit fanatic and enjoys surfing, running and pumping iron - however he still can't keep up with guys on site when it comes to marquee installation!
