Wedding Marquee Hire FAQ's

Can I decorate my marquee to match the theme of my wedding?
Yes of course, we are able to develop the theme into the lining and valence, chairs etc. Often this is most easily achieved via coloured lighting as well as materials.
Do you supply the heating and lighting?
Yes, we can certainly organise these services for you if not from our own resources then from selected suppliers.
What is included in the quotation?
As a basis for a wedding the quotation includes a floored, carpeted, lined and lit marquee. We will also itemise other products which you may require such as furniture, heating and loos.
How much space will I require?
Each event is unique and we would therefore prefer to discuss your personal requirements, our Hire Managers will then be able to recommend the perfect size of marquee for you.
Will you carry out a site visit?
After providing you with a no obligation quotation one of our Hire Managers would be delighted to arrange a site visit, as well as being a great opportunity to measure and check the site it will allow us to discuss your requirements in much greater detail.
Is it possible to use a marquee in the winter?
Yes, absolutely marquees are suitable throughout the year. In winter marquees can be heated and controlled thermostatically.
When will the marquee be erected and dismantled?
As a rule we will normally always erect the marquee the day prior to the wedding and dismantle it the day after. However should you wish them to be up for longer we are in most cases able to accommodate such requests and fit in with your requirements.
Will someone be at the venue on the day of the wedding?
The Hire Manager who takes your enquiry will assist you throughout the planning process and will at all times be available either at the office or by mobile. For your peace of mind we can also provide a member of staff to be on site for the duration of the wedding.
Can you supply testimonials from previous clients?
Yes, we have a selection of testimonials from previous clients on the web site or alternatively contact your nearest branch who would be more than happy to provide you with further testimonials and examples of our workmanship.
