Field and Lawn Marquees are pleased to announce that we have passed the BS OHSAS 18001 standard.

This standard which applies to all branches in Bristol, Manchester and Edinburgh branches is a recognised set of elements to eliminate or minimise risk to employees and other interested parties who may be exposed to Occupational Health and Safety risks associated with the company’s activities. The standard is seen as a tool to support and promote good OH&S practices including self regulation through audit. It helps to carry out more rigorous risk assessments which embrace not just hazards but the ongoing health of the workforce. It can also address risk assessment to any future changes within the organisation.

It extends Health and Safety beyond the workplace (drivers on the road etc.) beyond its own workforce (visitors and sub contractors) and also embraces the ongoing health and welfare of the workforce.

Field and Lawn Marquees are delighted to have achieved this standard, and to be among the first marquee hire companies in the UK to have got to this stage in Health and Safety. Field and Lawn are also CHAS accredited in the Bristol, Manchester and Edinburgh Branches.
