Scotlands Marquee hire team leading the way

Field and Lawn Marquees Scotland branch have entered two teams in to the Cairngorm Challenge a fund raising event in aid of Barnardo’s taking place on the 10th of September this year. The start will be near Aviemore and take us over much of the Cairngorm National Park including the 4085ft peak. It would be a total walk in the park if not for the 75km of mountain biking.

Two teams of four from Scotland’s leading marquee hire company will be taking part in the (what will be for some) gruelling 100km hike and bike ride across some of the most beautiful countryside in Scotland.

For some the training has already started with weekend walking, running and cycling the talk of the branch every Monday morning. Some of the 8 are doing more than talking about it…. Piers has got up to make coffee on a number of occasions as part of his build up. The entire accounts team will be taking part hoping to improve their figures in the process and the directors have been watching Eurosport with some enthusiasm.
