Calcutta Cup 2020
Tuesday 11 February, 2020
On the field, it may not have been the result the Scotland branch had hoped for, but the Field and Lawn team was still pleased to provide a first-class corporate entertainment space for lucky spectators.
It’s been an exciting time for the Edinburgh Branch, building the Hospitality Village at BT Murrayfield over the last few weeks.
On top of this, the team also provided temporary structures for the Royal Bank of Scotland, BT and Macron.
67,000 rugby fans filled the packed stands on Saturday 8 February and though the result didn't go in Scotland's favour, this certainly didn't dampen spirits.
With severely high winds hitting the stadium, brought on by storm Ciara, the 2,500 Hospitality Village guests were glad to get some shelter while being wined and dined pre and post-match, and watching entertainment from rugby legends and live bands.
If you have a sporting event coming up, contact your nearest Field and Lawn branch to find out how our hospitality marquees can add an extra special touch to your event.
