Temporary Dining and Catering Structures
Friday 28 February, 2020
Temporary structures don't have to mean office or warehouse storage spaces.
The Field and Lawn Scotland branch was recently involved in setting up a temporary dining structure for a school based in Scotland. With the school's current dining facility undergoing re-construction, this space would've been out of action until the summer months.
With Field and Lawn's temporary structure offering, we provided a personal service and worked closely with the school to come up with a structure to suit their needs.
The structure we put in place provides the space needed to feed over 1,000 pupils a day in just under a 2-hour period.
Whilst its an inconvenience to not have your main dining hall in use, our temporary facility provides a cost-effective approach for the school as pupils will remain onsite so current catering facilities and staff will still be utilised. Field and Lawn can provide temporary structure hire on a flexible basis, whatever your requirements may be.
